Many companies fall into the trap of not upgrading their software due to the perceived cost of repeatedly buying and installing software upgrades. Later, they find that their software is so far out of date they essentially have to purchase it all over again. Worse, they cannot get a fix for a niggling problem they have, as the fix is only available in an upgraded version. You can future proof your investment now by signing up to a support contract.

Bronze Support

Outlook Integration: E-mail quotes and other documents directly to their recipients.

E-mail Support: Bronze support provides you with e-mail support directly from the developers of your software. We aim to provide answers to your questions within 24 hours.

Cost: : £20 a month for the first user, thereafter £10 for additional users.


Silver Support

Bronze plus ...

Maintenance Updates: Receive free software updates, capturing product improvements. This does not include major product upgrades.

Free Annual license renewal: Silver support members do not incur this charge.

Cost: £40 a month for the first user, thereafter £10 for additional users.


Gold Support

Silver plus ...

On Site Support: We will come to your office to help resolve issues you have with the software. This is limited to a maximum of two hours on site in any one calendar month.

Free Upgrades: Take advantage of major improvements to the product including any enhanced features or extra documents developed since your purchase. This ensures your software is always up to date, and this contract option includes full installation.

Cost: £60 a month for the first user, thereafter £10 for additional users.



Additional Documents
In addition to providing support, we can also incorporate extra documents you may wish to be produced from the system, providing the information to be incorporated into the document is already present within the database. Other documents required where the information is not currently present could be added during update development work.

Costs for adding documents to the system start from £25 per document, depending on the complexity of the document being produced.



On Site Support
We will come to your office to help resolve issues you may have with the software. We currently charge £40 per hour for this service. Please note that our Gold support members receive two hours on site support in any one calendar month for FREE.

Support for older versions
We do not support versions over one year old (another good reason to ‘future proof’ yourself by signing up for the Gold support option).

Admin Fee
Please note that a charge of £50 is incurred when switching support options.
